ACCELERATED HOLDINGS LLC ("ACCELR8," "we," "us," or "our") operates coliving communities in San Francisco and the websites joinaccelr8.com, book.joinaccelr8.com, and myroom.joinaccelr8.com. This policy describes what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

• Contact information: your name, email address, and phone number when you apply, book a room, attend an event, or contact us.
• Application and residency information: details you provide in your application, booking dates, room assignment, and records related to your stay.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your full card number on our systems.
• Usage information: standard analytics about how our websites are used, collected to improve our services.

How We Use Your Information

• To process applications, bookings, and payments
• To manage your residency, billing, and account
• To send transactional communications about your application, booking, payments, or stay
• To send marketing communications where you have consented, which you can opt out of at any time
• To operate, improve, and secure our services

SMS / Text Messaging

If you check the SMS opt-in box on our booking or application forms, we may send you text messages about your application, booking, payments, and stay. Consent is not a condition of booking or residency. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.

We do not share your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in status, or your SMS consent with any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with vendors and service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages you have requested.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as payment processing, e-signature, email delivery, and SMS delivery, and only as needed to provide their service to us
• Legal requirements, when required by law or to protect our rights, our residents, or the public

Messages on Instagram and Facebook Messenger

When you send a direct message to our Instagram account (@joinaccelr8) or our Facebook page (Accelr8), we receive it through Meta's messaging tools and keep it in our internal staff system alongside your enquiry or application. We receive your message, the time it was sent, your Instagram or Facebook name and username, and any reactions to messages in the conversation.

• We use these messages only to reply to you and to handle your housing enquiry, application or stay.
• Only ACCELR8 staff can see them. We do not sell them, share them with other companies, or use them for advertising. They are stored with the service providers that host our systems, acting for us.
• We may use an AI tool to read a message and suggest who it is from or whether it is about housing, so the right person replies. It does not message you on its own.
• We only message people who have messaged us first, within the time Meta allows.

To have your Instagram or Messenger messages and related information deleted, email hello@joinaccelr8.com with your Instagram username or Facebook name. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data Retention and Security

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above, including legal, billing, and record-keeping requirements, and we use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Your Choices

• SMS: reply STOP to any text message to unsubscribe
• Email: click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
• Access or deletion: email us at hello@joinaccelr8.com to request access to or deletion of your personal information
