By using our websites or services you agree to these terms. Your residency itself is governed by the lease or membership agreement you sign, which controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Our Services

ACCELR8 operates coliving communities for founders and builders in San Francisco. Through our websites you can apply to join, book rooms, manage your stay, and pay for housing and related services. Applications and bookings are subject to availability and our approval.

Bookings and Payments

Prices, deposits, and fees are shown at checkout or in your agreement. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Certain processing fees may be non-refundable, as disclosed at the time of payment. Refunds and cancellations are handled per your lease or booking agreement.

SMS Terms

If you opt in to text messages from ACCELR8, the following program terms apply:

• You will receive account notification texts about your application, booking, payments, and stay, such as payment reminders, booking updates, and building notices.
• Consent is not a condition of booking or residency.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.
• Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out.
• Reply HELP for help, or contact us at hello@joinaccelr8.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse our websites or services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours. Community standards for residents are set out in your agreement and house guidelines.

Intellectual Property

The ACCELR8 name, branding, and website content are owned by ACCELERATED HOLDINGS LLC and may not be used without our permission.

Disclaimers

Our websites are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACCELERATED HOLDINGS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our websites. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your lease or applicable law.
